Referring to the fact that East Azerbaijan is an industrial province, Rahmati said," the country's largest industrial companies such as tractor manufacturing and machine manufacturing are located in this province, and we can definitely establish good industrial and commercial cooperation between this province and Japanese industrialists.
Rahmati also mentioned the carpet industry of Tabriz and stated," Handwoven carpet is one of the important industries that would sell well for a long time. Tabriz carpet is a symbol of Iranian art and its weavers' creativity has been enjoyed by the Japanese.
He said," Due to the sanctions, the Japanese people have been deprived of this Iranian art for some time, and the Japanese ambassador can revive this relationship and bring good news to the Japanese people."
In another part of his speech, Rahmati referred to the field of agriculture and said," water management in agriculture is another field that can boost bilateral cooperation."
